Kim Griffin has 27 years of experience as a Real Estate Professional, with a background in property management and multi-family rehab projects. Her career has been largely dedicated to the luxury custom home market.  She has achieved great success in all her real estate ventures placing among the top 1% in sales at several national home builders. Kim has a great eye for design from her work in custom homes and has worked on prestigious projects ranging from $500K- $5M.​ 

 

She puts her clients first and is able to work with all of your custom and general real estate needs. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A from Webster University St. Louis.
